Email services@code-ai.co.uk. Include the page address, the course or book name, and a short description of what you need help with. For a technical problem, tell us which device and browser you are using.

Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or another learner’s personal information. If your school manages your login, your teacher or school administrator may also be able to help.

Books and corrections

For a book, include its title and the format you would like to ask about. Our book pages explain the audience and contents.
