Learning in a way that works for you

Accessibility help

If a page, video or activity is difficult to use, tell us which resource you are using and what is getting in your way.

Ways to explore the material

Use the GCSE topic links to browse explanations without operating the interactive map. Your browser’s zoom controls can enlarge text, and keyboard users can use Tab to move between links and controls.

The platform walkthroughs include English captions and transcripts. Look for transcript or caption controls on other videos where provided. Coding adventures are designed for a desktop or laptop browser; course descriptions explain the activities before you start.

Tell us about a barrier

Email services@code-ai.co.uk about accessibility. Include the page address, the action you were trying to complete and your device or browser. If relevant, tell us the assistive technology involved.

You do not need to share a diagnosis or medical information. A description of the difficulty and the kind of help you need is enough to start the conversation.

Accessibility information

Some resources use interactive diagrams, code editors or game controls, so their requirements differ from a reading page. Contact us about the particular activity if you need another way to use its learning material.

This help page does not claim that every part of the platform has passed an independent accessibility assessment. Contact and support also covers account and course questions.
