New to Python? Meet Rowan and Pip in The Ember Trail, and help a waiting valley come to life.

Begin with a lesson, then practise the idea in your own code.

Run Python, compare the output, and get help beside your work.

Complete the practice, then bring what you have learned back to the checkpoint.

Write the two messages, check your answer, and see your progress light up the world.

A lantern glows. The story continues. Pip is ready with your next challenge.

Build from first programs to variables, decisions, loops and functions. No previous Python experience is needed.

Choose Python Foundations and begin your first coding adventure with AlgoPath.
